Who runs Flowdayz.

The business behind Flowdayz, and how to reach a person there. Support, privacy requests, and anything legal all go to the same address. Disclosure under the Austrian E-Commerce-Gesetz and Mediengesetz.

1.Contact

Email mail@flowdayz.com. There is no phone queue and no ticket robot; a person reads what arrives and answers it.

2.Responsible for content

The business named above is responsible for the content of this site, and is its media owner and publisher for the purposes of the Mediengesetz.

Purpose of this site. Flowdayz publishes information about its own product: a subscription app that builds a week of small daily habits and adapts it as you go. The site sells that subscription. It carries no third party advertising, and it publishes no editorial content on anyone else’s behalf.

3.Consumer arbitration

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in arbitration before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). This is stated because Austrian law requires a position either way, not because we are unwilling to sort a problem out.

Write to mail@flowdayz.com first. Most things are a misunderstanding and take one email to fix, and your right to go to court is untouched either way.

4.Everything else

What Flowdayz does with your data is on the Privacy page. What it costs and how to cancel is on the Terms page.
