Small things.Lighter days
You already know a walk helps. Or an early night, or ten quiet minutes. What nobody can tell you is which one actually works for you. Flowdayz finds out: one small thing a day, one question afterwards, and an answer built from your own days.
Tuesday, morning
Ten minutes outside, no phone.
Offer me something else
01. The problem
Four years of numbers. No answer.
You have the sleep score, the step count and the ring. Nothing you own has ever asked what you actually did that day, so nothing you own can tell you why one Thursday worked and the next one did not.
Sounds familiar?
Things feel heavy to do.
Twenty people, five countries, one round of interviews. Their words, not ours.
02. What Flowdayz does
One small thing a day. Then it asks.
Tuesday, morning
Ten minutes outside, no phone.
Offer me something else
Tuesday, morning
Ten minutes outside, no phone.
Offer me something else
1
It offers one small thing, sized to the day you have.
Ten minutes outside before the calls. Bed before eleven. One song, loud. It tells you why it chose that one for today, and you can ask for something else.
2
It asks one question, once.
Did your head go quiet. Did that wake you up. Did today come easy. One tap, and it leaves you alone. Nobody is ever asked whether they were in the zone.
3
It tells you what your own days say.
Flowdayz decides which day gets which thing, so a good morning cannot take the credit for the walk. After two weeks you get a shortlist. After two months, an answer, with the days it rests on beside it.
03. Why this exists
The small thing you choose beats the best thing you are told.
We believe it does more for you than the best thing anyone hands you. Research and the proper way exist and they are useful, but you are the only one who can decide what is right for you right now. Flowdayz is a small helper that brings you back to feeling that yourself, and it is not supposed to be needed forever.
04. What will not happen to you
Small enough to keep doing on a bad week.
Nothing to keep up
No streak, no chain, nothing turning red. A day with no answer is a plain day.
One notice, once
The thing arrives at a time that suits you, and the question rides on the same notice. All of it can be turned off.
It says when it does not know
A fortnight with nothing to compare produces no finding, and it tells you so instead of inventing one.
05. Early access
Not open yet. Be there when it is.
It is being built with the people it is for. Twenty conversations changed its shape this month, and the people on this list are the ones who get asked next, and who see it first. One email, when there is something real to open.
