Terms
What you get, what it costs, and how to leave.
Most terms pages are written so that nobody finishes them. The useful parts of this one are short enough to read: what Flowdayz is, what it charges, and what happens to your money when you cancel.
The short version: 7 days free, then €7 a month or €42 a year. Cancel any time from inside the app or from the billing portal, in a few taps, with no message to write and nobody to persuade. Flowdayz supports habits. It is not healthcare and never claims to be.

1.What Flowdayz is, and what it is not
Flowdayz builds a week of small, evidence-informed actions that fit the time you actually have, then adapts as you go. That is the whole product.
It is not healthcare. Flowdayz is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. The numbers it shows you describe your behaviour only: minutes put in, days kept, actions completed. They never make a claim about your sleep, mood, or health.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or something about your health worries you, talk to a doctor before changing what you do. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.
2.Your account
You need an account, you need to be at least 18, and the details you give need to be true. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
One account is for one person. Flowdayz is personal by design, and a plan shared between two people fits neither of them.
3.The 7 day trial
A new membership starts with 7 days free. We take your card details at the start so the membership can continue without interrupting you, and nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Let it run and the first payment is taken on the day it finishes, on the plan you chose. One trial per person.
4.Prices and billing
Monthly: €7 each month. Annual: €42 each year, which works out at €3.50 a month and saves you €42 every year.
Payment is handled by the App Store. Your payment details stay with Apple, so Flowdayz never sees or stores a card number, and your membership is managed and cancelled in your own subscription settings rather than here.
Prices are in euro. Outside the euro area the App Store shows and charges the price for your own region in your own currency. The amount the store shows you before you confirm is the amount you are charged.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we retry it. A membership stays open while a renewal is being retried, because a failed payment is usually an expired card rather than a decision, and it closes if the retries run out.
Prices shown are the total you pay, including any VAT that applies. Your invoice is available in the billing portal at any time.
5.Cancelling, and what happens to your money
You can cancel at any time, from inside the app or the billing portal. No email to write, no retention call, no form asking you to reconsider.
When you cancel, your membership stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Nothing renews after that.
We do not refund the unused part of a period. A month cancelled on day three still runs to day thirty, and a year cancelled in March still runs to its renewal date. The 7 day trial is there so you can find out whether Flowdayz suits you before any money moves. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the withdrawal right in section 6, which wins wherever it applies.
If something has gone genuinely wrong, for example you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, or the service was unusable, write to mail@flowdayz.com and we will sort it out.
6.Your 14 day right to withdraw
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from starting your membership to withdraw from it, without giving a reason. Say so at mail@flowdayz.com. A plain sentence is enough, and you do not need a form.
In practice the trial usually makes this moot: for the first 7 days no money has moved, so withdrawing costs nothing and returns nothing.
If you have already paid and you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund you. Because Flowdayz starts working the moment you ask it to, we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you actually had access, and we will show you that calculation rather than assert it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us hearing from you.
7.Giving a month away
A member can give a friend one free month of Flowdayz, to up to 3 friends, ever. The friend needs no card and nothing to cancel. When the month ends it simply stops unless they choose otherwise. You receive nothing for giving it. It is a gift, not a referral scheme.
A gifted month has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for one. Sending invitations to people who did not ask for them, or creating accounts to give months to yourself, ends the ability to give and may end the account.
8.If a price changes
We can change what Flowdayz costs. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and the new price only ever applies from your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for.
You do not have to accept it. Cancelling before that renewal is always an answer, and the notice is there so you have time to give it.
9.Using it reasonably
Flowdayz is yours to use for your own wellbeing. Do not resell it, share your account, scrape it, try to break into it, or use it to harm someone. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
The app, the site, the habit library and everything in them belong to Flowdayz. Your subscription buys you the right to use them, not to own them.
10.What you write stays yours
Your reflections, your photos, and your answers belong to you. We do not claim ownership and we do not publish them. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as the Privacy page describes.
11.Availability, and ending things
We work to keep Flowdayz running but cannot promise it is never down. Maintenance, an outage at one of the companies we depend on, or a bug can all interrupt it. Features change; some are added and some are retired.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 9, and we will say why. If we close your account for anything other than a breach, for example because we stop offering Flowdayz, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
12.Responsibility
You are responsible for what you choose to do. Flowdayz suggests small actions; you decide whether they suit your body and your life, and you stop if something hurts.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which continue to apply whatever this page says.
13.Law, and disagreements
These terms are governed by Austrian law, since that is where Flowdayz is established, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in arbitration before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). Austrian law requires us to say so either way.
Come to us first at mail@flowdayz.com. Most things are a misunderstanding and take one email to fix, and nothing here affects your right to go to court.
14.Who you are agreeing with
Using Flowdayz means agreeing to what is on this page. Full company details, including the registered legal entity and address, are on the Imprint. If you do not agree with what is here, do not use the service.
15.Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For a change that materially affects you we will give at least 30 days notice by email, and continuing to use Flowdayz after that is how you accept it. If you would rather not, cancel before it takes effect.
Some links on this site point to other companies. Where a link earns Flowdayz a commission, that is disclosed next to the link itself rather than buried here.
Flowdayz supports everyday wellbeing habits. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing in the product or on this site is medical advice. If something about your health worries you, speak to a doctor.
